Mono/Stereo Setup

Your Keystone Musical Instruments pedal can run stereo-in/stereo-out, mono-in/stereo-out, or fully mono. You can set the mode right on the pedal in about 30 seconds — no computer needed. (You can also set it, along with much more, from Keystone Control Center.)

Cables: use TS (tip/sleeve) cables for mono-only connections. Use TRS (tip/ring/sleeve) cables for stereo connections — TRS also works fine for mono.

Setting the mode

1

Enter setup mode. Hold down FS2 (the left footswitch) while you plug in 9V power, and keep holding it for about 5 seconds.

That's it — now play

Your setting is saved. The same green blink code appears every time the pedal powers up, so you can always tell at a glance which mode it's in.
